You could also delete sandbox contents manually if you dont have it set to be done autommatically. A simple signature update could cause it, and be fix by another virus signature a day or days later. What you are experiencing could be caused by a AV update. Some have a good history working with SBIE, and some don't. Sometimes antiviruses conflict with SBIE, some work better than others with SBIE. You didn't mention the browser you are using, but most browsers are A OK with Sandboxie. Perhaps try doing a test with a new profile. You could try running the browser without extensions, to see what happens. If you are having an issue browsing, perhaps an extension you are using is conflicting with the browser and/or SBIE.
